Who are we?
 
Aust Wholesalers Direct was established on the 1st of March 2011 and is a registered Australian business (ABN 14 165 756 592) located at Unit 21/46-50 Wellington Rd, South Granville, NSW Australia. We provide a broad range of brand named household cleaning, detergents, toiletries, skin care, body care, baby care, plastics & cutlery, party supplies and office stationary products at wholesale prices direct to the public.

 

Can I talk to someone at Aust Wholesalers Direct?

Yes, you can either contact us directly at our shop on 02 9721 3612, or send us an email and one of our dedicated staff will respond to your query within 48 hours at: info@austwholesalersdirect.com.au


Do you wholesale to retail outlets?

Yes, we also wholesale most of the products displaysed on this website, please visit the 'Wholesale' section on our site to view our complete Product Guide. Do you have a store?

Yes! Our shop is located at Unit 21/46-50 Wellington Rd, South Granville NSW 2142 Australia.

Feel free to come down anytime during our trading hours to see our complete range of ridiculously cheap products!! 


Is your website secure?

Yes. Your credit card details are processed securely via 128 bit SSL encryption. 

Aust Wholesalers Direct does not store your credit card information once a payment has been processed.


Can I order over the phone?

You certainly can! Just call us on 02 9721 3612 during our trading hours and one of our dedicated staff will assisst you with your order.


Can I cancel an order? How?

Yes you can cancel your order if it has not yet shipped out. To cancel your order, please send us an email directly to info@austwholesalersdirect.com.au within 24hours of placing the order.


Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can pick up any item purchased online or over the phone directly from our store in Mount Pritchard.


Will tax be added to my order?

All the prices shown already include the goods and services tax (GST).

 

How safe is my personal information?

Your personal details are very safe with us. It is our promise to our customers that we will not sell or share any information with anyone else. It goes strictly against our code of ethics to do so.

 

Do you store my credit card details?

No, we do not store credit card information.

 

Can I return stuff if I dont like it when I get it?

No unfortunately not.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Pay Pal and Direct Deposit.


What happens if you cannot fulfil my order?

If for some reason we cannot send you out your order we will notify you straight away via email and refund you your money in full.



PRODUCTS
 

Are all your products genuine?

Yes. All products are 100% guaranteed genuine, direct from the manufacturer. Products that are marked "Import" are from known brands that are stocked overseas.

Do you have products in stock?

Yes. In order to process your order faster than anyone else we hold stock in our store where your order is dispatched. If a product is not in stock, it will say "Sold Out" on the website and you will not be able to order it until it is back in stock.


What is the quality like?

All products are direct from the manufacturer. The quality is as you would expect from such known brand labels.


What does "Sold Out" mean?

When a product is "Sold Out" it is currently out of stock and we are expecting more stock soon.

If you see a product you like that is "Sold Out" please email us to see when it will be available again.



LARGE ORDERS
 

I want to place a bulk order, can you accommodate large quantities?

Yes we can. Please contact us to confirm if stock is available and to confirm bulk prices.

 

What happens if a product is faulty?

If an item arrives and it is in some way faulty we will cover all shipping expenses to provide you with a new item and pickup the existing item.

 

SHIPPING
 

How long will it take to receive my order?

If your order is shipped within Australia, you should receive it within 2 -7 working days depending on the service you selected.


When will my order ship?

All orders whether placed during a business day, weekend or public holiday, will be shipped out the next business day, following payment confirmation.
 

Where will my item ship from?

Your item will ship out from our store in Mount Pritchard.


How much is shipping?

The shipping fees will vary depending on the total weight of all your products and the destination.
